HEY GUYS AND GALS

WOW...It has been a very busy 2 months fishing...can,t even find time to hit the ground hunting.

But me and cousin Ed made it out today....

Hit the shoreline and tried in a spot we had some luck previously...after the east coast storm blew threw thought maybe something washed up .

Cousin Ed found a Very nice piece but only half of it...I,m very curious as to what it could be.

Any ideas of a couple of these items would be appreciated.

Aqua, you two warriors probably didn't know how to act without subarctic winds blowing up your skirts. I'll never forget how tough you two were this past winter hunting in temps NOBODY else would!
I love those finds, you guys never let me down, that one find looks like an award for a rapper, a mike with a crown, or it was a key fob for a Vikings boat, ha lol
What, no musket balls? You probably found about twenty of them pesky things. You should plant them around Abe's "treasure Island" he is so jealous of your musket ball jar!

Thanks for posting, I always enjoy your threads.

TY gwdigger

TY for the info....if that is indeed him then the mystery of what it is really deepens and how it came to get here.

It is an image & loose copy of a Roman coin of Maximinus. What it is not is Roman. Its much much later, maybe 18th C but I suspect 19th C. Many objects/jewelry/buttons etc used the Emporers coins as the basis for decoration.

Wow you guys covered quite a few centuries with those finds! Congrats! You even got someone's microphone necklace bling bling! Interesting goodies!

haha...it was a eyeball find by Cousin ED....made of some kind of ceramic material.

The anchor is made of lead ...assume it was hung from a chain or something..
