Great wheats and merc!, I bet there's many more to come!

Bet that was a an Awesome feeling when you saw that in the hole.

Congrats!!

Love seeing that color in the dirt ! :occasion14:

Sometimes a couple of bust hunts reminds us how sweet silver is! Nice show

Nice Merc! good feeling when your in a slump! Believe me I've been having a lot of ups and downs so far this year. I like the 1910 Wheat, I have not found that year yet. Congrats !!!

Nice merc, I have not found one yet, I am at 4 silvers for the year 2 x Rosies and 2 x Washington Quarters. It is sure a nice feeling holding that Silver after pulling it from the hole, good job and I hope there is more coming soon for you.......oh yeah, I love finding wheaties.

Nice whets and silver! Congrats!

I'm still looking for one.

Very nice looking merc

8 years, still have not found a silver or a ring. Pull tabs, nails, and clad.
Slow down your sweep, run full sensitivity and dig all deep but questionable signals. Also get a silver dime and practice with it learn the sound.

With the At Pro you should be finding Mercs, barbers and Indians. Run a bigger coil, pro mode zero, full sensitivity 32 on the iron. Go slow and scrub the ground to hear the deep coins. If your finding newer silver then there should be the older coins. With the stock coil you should be able to hit the 7" 8" dimes. Good luck hope to see Merc on here from you soon

Thanks Mackdog, it's not from lack of trying but I think it is at the moment due to location. If you are not sweeping where they are at then move on. I tried a house tonight, supposed to be 100 years old but all I found and repeatedly got a signal for was clad pennies and memorial pennies, got to the stage I was leaving them in the end. Last plug was the one and only wheatie found and only because I highly suspected it was one from the tone and it was hitting 83 on the pro. I usually do all you say but iron is normally any where from zero to 30 to 40 and I like hunting whispers.

I am going to get the Nell 15'' Attack coil soon and try some of my earlier hunts that I suspect hold silver but just can't reach.

I use the Nel storm, they are awesome coils. Another investment well worth the money is the Grey Ghost amphibious head phones. You can't miss the sweet sound of coins. Also with the Nel you will get strong hits on silver dimes to 9"
