finally found first silver.... pic added

thats right!! after 3 months of hunting my yard i found a 1944 Merc about 4 inches down. also found a couple newer pennies and another tax token

still looking for a new site to hunt so in the meantime i hunt my yard.... my house was built in 1935 so i figured it would be a good place to start

so far the total find from my yard:

5 rings.. all fake but one is copper
6 Alabama tax tokens
19 wheaties.... oldest is 1915
one K-Barr pocket knife .....only part any good is the handles
a gold toned cigarette case
enough nails to build a house
couple old plow points
about $12 in clad
and FINALLY the 1944 Merc

EDIT:
couple items i forgot to mention:
to the left of the rings is a 1944 dog vacc. tag
the round token or whatever it is next to the rings has a tiny hole at the top and is engraved with a floral design.
the ring in the center is the copper ring
i was mistaken there are 21 wheaties
also pictured is a belt buckle i found today it has a "D" on the front and the back is engraved "Giant Grip pat. 12-13-21" also "french silver plate"
