I tell you what, pickings have been very slim here lately. All of the fields were planted and the beans and corn is up thick so no hunting there. The river has been up since early June and just hasn't gone down enough to hunt the banks. I have never seen the river up this high this late in the summer. Usually by now it is down to pool stage with lots of bank to hunt. It really sucks having nowhere to hunt. But, they finally harvested the winter wheat and disked and planted the fields in the past week and we had a nice storm system move through and dump some heavy rains so I decided to give it a try. They probably didn't go but a couple inches deep but I still git lucky and found a few. I found one decent Stemmed Point, another damaged Stemmed Point, and a really nice beveled Knife which my actually be a small Cobbs. I got a couple in situs of the good Point and the Knife and a video of the Knife. This camera really sucks though so the video looks like crap, but you can still see it okay I guess.
I just realized this is post #4000 so at least I had something good to post for my milestone post.
Here's a few pics and the video.
