I got out yesterday, the temps rose from 32 degrees to mid 50s. with a steady wind of 15 mph it seemed cool even in full sun.

I was pumped to hunt an area that was plowed for the first time in 15 years only to bum out that it was still rough as a corn corn once i for into the field.

no problem I thought, I will hit the other rise.

i think it's a broken poll end of a celt or pestle. hard to say at that point.

some yes, lucky to have them.

This winter has been a relatively dry winter, lighter amount of snow and rainfall. leading to some turned fields to not be as beat down as I have found for this time of the year.

many of the old-time farmers are no longer with us. Some of the new owners are not as relic "friendly" to a degree.

I was on a farm Sun that had a lot of old unused farm equipment stored out in the open. There was a huge John Deere 8 bottom mold-board plow rusting away. How I’d love to see that thing back in action. It looked similar to this one.
