That black point has some nubs sticking out on the base! Can we get a close up?

I should mention that the black point is actually a steel point. My guess is, around the 50's! Thru it in, because I found it with the Real ones...... will post some individual pics later............ The best drill I have ever seen!! (60 years worth!)

Great finds! I love that drill! Can you take a close-up shot of it and post it? The tip looks unusual, like it was made from the cortex of the flint....
