First baptism is when the parents give their newborn child to Christ, the Lord. It's a blessing to have a child and a reflection on Christ that He is to take this child into his kingdom and give protection to this child.
Second baptism comes when the child him/herself recognizes that he/she is a follower of Christ and accepts Christianity as a way of his/her life. This could be at any age beyond the First Baptism, usually as a youngster through teenager age.
I am assuming you asked an honest question.

Sorry, I was being funny, as I always thought that there was only one Baptism. When the child is able to understand why they are being dunked. Yes, I was baptized twice, but I didn't know why the first time (I was sprinkled) The second time was when I knew why Christ had died for me and all others and I was 18 that time. Sorry for the confusion.........NGE P.S. At our place of worship, we have a baby dedication day, where the parents commit there babies to Christ, at that time they are NOT baptized!
