Most of you folks have only gotten to see her in pictures, LOL, I got to see her in person this past Saturday and she is a little angel. I have her a cell phone all ready to go Mike if she needs one but by the time she gets big enough we may all just be using mental telepathy the way things are changing so fast.

Kinda the same thing. When we were Baptists, they had the "commit" ceremony. No infant doings at all, except an announcement the child had been born and they presented a tiny Bible to the infant/parents. For various and sundry reasons, we resigned the Baptist church system. Now that we are Presbyterians, we've witnessed the "commit" ceremony, which they call the baptism. Beautiful ceremony, where the parents and the whole church as members are pledging to bring up the child in the Christ-like (Christian) way. Years later, this same child is baptised again when he/she makes the personal commitment.
