First barber quarter was all alone and scared.....

But I rescued it. Found this guy in the middle of no where all alone, cold, and scared with no signals to keep it company. Was walking to the old ice cutting pond to do some detecting, and usually I just hike with my gear, but today for some reason I was swinging as I was climbing this big hill side. Every time I came to a flat shelf, I would detect it while taking a break from the easily 45 to 50 degree climb of a bit over a quarter mile. This popped up at around 4 inches deep, all alone. My first barber, and rekindled my silver streak(my previous hunt ended a 6 or 7 hunter silver streak)! Unfortunately it was the only find of the day, besides about 50 soda cans and pull tabs, and random iron from the structure foundation at the ice pond. I'll take it though.

For the only find of the day, and to pay for it by digging can slaw, I believe you did great. Consider the cans the "exercise" your doctor wanted you to do...
