Hello everyone,
I happened across a metal detecting video on youtube, and eventually ended up watching a video about CRH'ing silver. I did a bunch of research and decided to try my hand at it.
I have two $500 boxes of halves on order, but I thought it would be neat to search for some war nickels. I went to my bank to cash a check and asked for some nickel rolls.
Long story short, no war nickels, but I was able to add 10 coins to my Whitman folder.
The one find that piqued my interest... Is the 1968 S a proof coin? I put it next to a regular nickel to try to compare it. Sorry about the picture quality.
