First finds EVER with ace 250.

This is about 2 hours of actual MDing. I had to abandon my original spot and come home to my own yard to better "learn" the MD.
The original spot has way too many targets. The axe head and one or two pieces of the rusty metal came from the old farm, the rest from my lawn.

Looks like you have more shell casings in your yard than out at the farm. Keep playing with it and it won't be long before you are going strong.

A good start! Try remembering the sounds that your detector makes when you dig a coin and work from there.I've seen incredible finds with the Ace 250 here on tnet.

Vermont, every time I reply to one of your post, for some reason there is always an issue . I would still like to know if that was Mt Tabor you were fising on? I used to fish for those native trout, best kind of fishing.

With that Ace.....you can put it to jeweley or coin and you'll get less hits , turn the disrimination down and get fewer hits . I like the old relics and really hate missing them. Shoot I was tickled with my old tractor part this weekend, keep it up and I;ll have the whole tractor

A small river called the "Tabor Branch" runs through the village of East Corinth, VT. No MT. Tabor arround that I know of.
YES the fishing is good.....

nice relics, there is sure more to come, the ace i have used with great succes past 20 days, i have had better luck going slow, gold will show up as a 5 cent piece, get that pinpointing down and things will be much easier, take care, and wtg
