First Finds

I know its not much but I received my new Fisher F22 late yesterday afternoon. After putting it together and a quick 10 minute search in my yard before it got dark, I found a key and my first coin. Both were about 4 inches deep
and close to my house. Im guessing they were lost there when my house was built in 2009, just a guess because the dime is a 2009.

Hey that's pretty cool to find something as soon as you get you detector all assembled. I have found a few coins that I know were ours to begin with just by there date and location. Congrats and good luck with your new machine!

Get yourself a long metal pull cord ( like you would use on a ceiling fan ) and start to string your keys thru it. Your gonna find a lot more over the years ! Congrats on your first finds.

That's a great start find things to get an idea of the history of the area you will be surprised at all the cool stuff your going to find learn your matching even make a test garden. And research and post your cool finds on here. Good luck. Tommy
