I pulled out $100 dollars in change today. I wanted all halfs but the bank only had $40 worth, the rest was given to me in quarters and dimes. Skunked across the board. The teller asked me if it was a gag gift for someone to which I lied and said "nope, poker night and I don't like to use poker chips." I wondered why since I was going to lie anyways, that I didn't I just say yes to it being for a gag gift. I could of made her day like she was smart or something. Well I guess that makes me a jerk.... Hopefully I will start pulling silver soon, buying it is not as fun.

hey everyone. im new to this and i bought my first box of pennies the other day. i went through it and believe i came out.pretty good. found about 60 wheats, an indian head, and a 2000 d colored lincoln penny. my question is about this penny. has anyone ever came across one of these? i cant find any information online about it anywhere. any help would be greatly appreciated.

You killed it with 60 wheats and an Indian head. That colored cent looks like the painted Kennedy halves I've seen. Might be able to sell it on eBay. FYI you should have started a new thread for your post.

For the future, use the macro option (flower) on your camera for better pictures. I could tell what it was this time (and outside of the mint painting), but you should take more clear pictures in the future.
