First Silver after surgery...Love those Merc's

I finally had a chance to hunt for about an hour today. This is about as long as I can stand at one time for right now. Took my Ace 250 out today because it is much lighter than the Whites machine. Started finding clad right off the bat, then I pounced on my first wheat ('49D) and then hit a second ('5?). Then on my way back to the car I hit a good dime signal down about 5 to 6 inches. The last signal I got like that ended up being a beat up piece of beer can...I figured what the heck, so began digging. Finally saw the gleam of silver at the bottom of the hole...1917 Merc..but it looked liked it was well worn. Still, it was my first silver since 7-2...HH all and GL

Nicky...I have seen some old photos of me in the dirt..I had enough on me to REPLINISH all of SC..

You have a machine that will find em..but don'tcha just hate the way they eat darn batteries..I hope you figured out to get some rechargeable ones...It won't be long but just remember...keep diggin those signals.
