First silver coin in a Union Civil War Campsite

Digging a 12:38 solid signal at 8" I presumed it to be a round ball, and out popped a tiny silver Half Dime to my surprise. Such a great Find to share with so many that didn't even know these coins existed 😁 Happy Hunting!!

That's a nice one. I was just in Purdy yesterday. Got a couple of camps over here in Granby. I've never found any silver coins in them, but several Indians and large cents. Happy Hunting. Lairmo
