First Silver Halves!

Today I got my first silver half dollars! The teller had $11 worth (7 halves were silver) and she was extremely excited because she was finally getting rid of her halves. If she only knew how excited I was .

that's one of the great things about searching halves - tellers are usually glad to get rid of them so it works out good for the teller and the crh'er - esp if there are some silver keepers. I had a nice score myself today from some loose halves I got and I think the teller was glad to get rid of them and I was sure glad to get them - esp when I saw all the silver keepers I got.

What a great hobby - esp on days like today. HH

Its going to have to be some intense rehab...because I found another silver today after searching through 19 rolls! A lot of work...but its worth it!
