First silver of the year! 39 Merc

[EZrider]

She was deep!

Only spent about 30min hunting on the way home from work

Not much but it brought a smile to my face knowing the park has silver

[Evolution]

silver looks so pretty sitting at the bottom of the hole waiting to be picked up. Nice find.

[Detectingfreak]

good job on your first silver for the year!

How deep? Looks like that merc bottomed out right where the clay starts...To bad for all the roots but looks very promising..Nice find...HH

Congrats...beautiful find! One of the Merc's I found yesterday was a 1939! And 1939 is the year my mother was born. I think I might have a new lucky number...lol....WTG!!

[EZrider]

Hey thanks guys! It was in a older, wooded part of the park. I knew i was in the right area for silver because the pull tabs were the old bever tail kind It was a good 8in deep if not more. When i get more time im going to have to go over the area

[Joe G]

Congrats on the silver! Yep, there's still some around waiting to be found

[Hunter]

Real nice Merc!!

[MUD(S.W.A.T)]

Wow nice deep find, what Kind of machine and coil do you use? What did it read as being so deep?

Keep @ it and HH!!

[EZrider]

Mud, Fisher F75,, stock 11in DD coil. Bounced between a quarter and dime high tone. There was a pull tab not 2in away and depending the angle of the swing i would have missed it. I love the depth and taget seperation of the 75

[Nuttdriver]

Sounds like you have an exciting spot to hunt!
Nice dime too!

[Lookn4Seated]

Silver sure does look purdy sitting in the hole like that. Great find! Still waiting for my first silver...only a fe swings away. HH
