First Silver of the Year!!

Utilizing Truth’s lead of emailing to obtain permission I got permission to hunt a property that will be torn down to build a NOVA mansion. Property date only back to 1953 but you take what you can. Started in the front yard digging clad and then I started finding some wheaties and just knew I was going to find silver and the the prettiest sweetest high tone came out of my AT Pro and I just knew it was silver. Dug an extra big plug to make sure I didn’t scratch it and out popped the beautiful 1944 GW quarter! My day was made, didn’t find anymore but I was in a hurry cause I had some honey do’s due. I also scored a permission to hunt a nearby Girl Scout camp, it has been an active camp since 1938 and covers 68 acres so I should be able to stay busy!
