Fishing the Florida flats.

Pretty place, great fishing.

Caught some nice speckled sea trout, saw a lot of wildlife (got a pic of one of the many alligators we saw), caught some nice redfish, and watched a pretty sunset.

Gotta love the back country off Florida Bay. Nice dinner you caught there too. I stayed at Flamingo for a week doing some work a while back. We fished every day after we were done. Loved it.

Yep, we'll find out how the fish are tomorrow... got 3 reds, many trout, and a big flounder we're going to cook up and have all the family over to eat. The fish and pics are from the Apalachee Bay. I used to live down at Tampa bay and the fishing was great there too, but the coast wasn't as pretty with all the development.
