Fleeing the Snow in Northern NV

OK, I, the originally raised-MinnesNOWTAN, have had enough up in Carson City/Reno.
We could get 12 inches of snow in the valley floor. I had spent about 25 winters in the Portland, OR area and had, "had it" with rain. Thus my relocating trek started.
I will likely be in the greater Las Vegas area as of Sat or Sun.

Good Luck! I may be heading south myself in the next couple of weeks. We haven't had any winter to speak of, but now that I'm about finished with 10 weeks of remodeling of the house, here comes mixed rain and snow for a week...figures. I've still got a couple of spots in the McCullough Mountains to look for diamonds, so may head there first. Then maybe the Bradshaws for some nugget hunting. We'll see.
