First things first let me say thanks to John aka Flintfinder for taking me hunting with him today.We both had one of the best days we've had in along time.Got alot of insitu pics and in hand pics 49 to be exact.Some of the insitus are John's his camera died on him but I will post my group shots first then his group shots.Truly was a killer day like I said I myself haven't had a day like this in quite some time if ever

Very, Very nice stuff. I am also curious about the disc...................coin? I have never had a day where I found that many quality artifacts. Congrats!

This is one of the best posts I've seen in quite some time. Awesome in situ photos and some incredible finds. Now that what I call a fine day of hunting. Did you guys actually miss any points that day? lol

I got to tell you, I'm new to artifact hunting and I have had some good days but nothing compared to this!! I just got one question, without giving up to much detail, how do you find such a spot? Did you know this was a camp? How did you research if so? That is a day that I hope someday I will have. Congratulations....

I get along my river, they hunted game etc. It is kinda crazy, we had a lot of rain this year. It washed out the silt. Me and ole Capps have been at it for years. Capps I will let you answer everybods questions.

Where was I when this hunt started?
I would have flipped off the boss and headed down the road.
At high speed while disobeying all traffic laws.
This spot must have been missed till later this year? Me and
my buddy found a spot just like this while canoeing this spring.
But it was a farm field so most of everything had old or new
plow damage. We had a hundred year flood this year. It's
been a good year hunting for a lot of people. But, there's no
feeling like this when you walk out or look over and see a
spot that screams...
"GET READY, CAUSE HERE THEY COME!"
