Met with land owner last Friday, gosh can't believe a week has gone by.

He wishes to stew over it, I left him with liability forms, etc to go over. He was given an attorney I know name and number that will if needed donate time with him to cover any "legal" questions he might have.

I am suppose to call him next Friday and get together again.
