Those scores have been somethin else! Myself I prefer a close game where that ball goes back and forth and right up to the buzzer sounds you DON'T know whos goin win!
Yep it at least keeps you in the game and not doing something else, when they are a blow out I change the channel.

Hi all
Looks like we're fixing to get a but kicking from the weather maps. The thing I did not like about Okies (well beside not being LSU, Bama, Gators,) is running up the scores on all those teams like they did. It might come back to haunt them
does any body remember what happen to Brady and company at the superbowl last year after making all them teams look so bad by running up the score. Just my two cents! LOL. ;D

Did everyone make it through the night okay? Sounded like those storms were gonna be pretty intense! Talked to Bobby this morning so I know he didn't get tossed by a whirly wind....how about everyone else?

Re: Florida Hunt

Doing fine here. Just drove through a blizzard yesterday. Couldn't see exits to Ponca City so kept driving to Norman home to the National Champions. UUUGG can't believe I said that. Of course notice I didn't say of what they are champions of. :tongue3:
Good morning and God Bless you all.

Re: Florida Hunt

Well, I was just gonna' sign off of this thread I was so disappointed I couldn't make the hunt, but then I started reading the OU/Gator stuff and had to stick around. Everyone knows that the poll that determines the national championship is the only one that really counts and OU is #1! And lets look and see how many ranked teams each team played. OU played 5 teams ranked in the top 5 in the nation. How many did the Gators play? And let's look at quarterbacks. Bradford leads in the majority of categories and set all kinds of Big 12 records. That Florida guy, whats' his name is a good quarterback too, but not of the quality of Bradford. Sam's weakness is his couple of inexperienced receivers. Last game they dropped 4 passes that could have been TDs easily. If they are open, Sam will hit 'em and they just have to hang on and score. And c'mon now why does OU always have to play Florida team at home? Why not play them in mid-America instead of being subjected to that "home cooking"? And last of all, I support OU because my son graduated from there and I have several thousand $$$ invested! :D Monty

Re: Florida Hunt

well praise God someone brought up the OU/Gator stuff then....it would not be the same here without you Monty whether you can make it to the hunt or not! Imagine life without Monty hugs.... :'( :'( :'( Glad you are sticking around...even if it is just to fight about football. lol ~hugs~

Re: Florida Hunt

:o :o who's sending all this nasty weather my way? At least the worst of the rain/thunderstorms/winds are pushed to the east now. The colder air mast is coming in from the west...snow showers starting tonight with 90% precipitation for tomorrow. UGH!!!!!!! I just hate getting out in weather like this...but the farm chores must be done. I want warmth & :icon_sunny:

 RR

Re: Florida Hunt

I can't say anything about the Sooners except the Mizzou Tigers could most always beat everyone EXCEPT them............ well, this year Mizzou went from Number 3 to the bottom of the barrel............. maybe me moving out of MO jinxed them??
Anyway, the Sooners and the Gators may have the best "teams", but WE have the, ummm, "BIGGEST" fans at FSU........... ;D
