so is this site mainly for water divers,detecting? or are we gonna be working in other areas? maps looks mainly water based, sorry if i seem confused been up all night last night with plumbers in the new house dealing with overflowing water..lol...gregg

it is world know for it's cave diving and spring water. Never known to have been hunted, other than like those that snuck in and moved his rocks.

we will be hunted the areas around the lake and maybe some might want to do a group trip to the beaches. they are maybe an hour away. Just don't be late for dinner cause I might eat more than my fair share

I think I will hunt around the grill.
I want to hunt all over the place and see if I can find something old besides me. Indians and travelers had to stop here for centuries.

this site goes back to Desoto and Ponce Deleon.

It has been a watering hole for many many folks.

I don't know what will be found, when it comes to MDing no one is ever sure what is below them.

Dinner will be provided Saturday Night (free) I do need to know if anyone has food allergies, a veggie, etc to ensure you are not poisoned and have something you like. Please do not consider i will be going out of my way to take care of you if you fall into one of them.

Well BEF, looks like my A$$ is checking the time table for the hunt to see if we can make it. She has been to both Caldwell hunts, missed the LBH hunt but has had such a good time she's caught up in it. Just goes to show how much fun these hunts are even for someone that doesn't do any detecting. SO, everybody bring your A$$'s with you! They seem to have as much fun bs'ing and making fun of us that are detecting. Especially when we walk back in with a pouch full of rusty stuff and a few coins.

I can tell you the town and area is like caldwell, lots of old places and sites to see, friendly folks, etc yes bring family and friends.
