I am just guessing here but I am thinking this is for making your own bullets or sinkers....?

Tommy may be on to something. I have not found a 2 oz yet, but here is a strip of 1 oz. wheel weights. With the arrow stamping on them, I wonder if these are directional weights ? I am drawing a complete blank on wheel weights with an arrow.

I'm thinking Tommy blew it out of the water! Perhaps for heavy truck?

Bullet lead is much softer than lead for wheel weights and usually marked in legible terms "Lyman" etc.
