Why do you think using executive orders violates the constitution and his oath of office? Isn't using executive orders a perfectly legal political maneuver

The constitution is the law of the land,any law placed above it is not a law.To violate constitutional law is treason regardless whether its an executive order or not.

It doesn't matter what lawyers know or can see with their own eyes. They are the Houdinis of law. They are the ones that get paid to make the guilty look innocent. Lawyers are why "Don't bath with this product" is printed on your toaster! Viagra doesn't even work on them; it just makes them taller!

That's just factually incorrect. The constitution is continually interpreted when it comes to new laws. Please tell me why automatic weapons are heavily regulated if your statement is correct?? Isn't that directly contradicting the 2nd? Please tell us how that is was possible.

But that heavily restricts / impedes and is therefore against the second. And why can't I buy through a catalog. That's against the second. Please explain.

Actually it more of an aggravation than a restriction.If you have the money to buy a full auto gun then the money for a class 3 is nothing,200 dollars.Where as a submachine gun or a true assault rifle goes for 15,000 and up.Who says you cant buy guns through a catalog.

Solution: Find out where the latest "fast and furious" type operation is going on and tell them you're mexican or iranian or libyan. Might even get you a discount, and no background checks or registration hassles to go through.

Better yet, tell them you're a rebel against Israel and you can get an assault jet, maybe some drones or one of them 50 cal jobbies like Jesse Ventura used in "Predator". Once again, no hassles . . . maybe even more weapons than you want, and ammo to go with em.
