So how well does it perform in wet sand being a single frequency machine?

Here's a video for you to see the machine on the beach.

I did a test in a borrowed Fors CoRe unit from Kellyco, once it was ground balanced it performs excellent on salt beaches. I even got no falsing moving from the shallow water to wet sand.

It will even discriminate out the iron. I have no problem recommending it for hunters wanting a land detector they can also use at the beach...

On ebay, they had them up for $999. Yesterday, I saw that they had lowered the price to $699. Just FYI everyone. HH ALL

They have them at Kellyco for $595.00..........$850 for the Pro package

Not only is this machine good on salt......it will do equally as well in highly mineralized soil in the gold bearing areas..The only difference in the Fors CoRe and the
Fors Gold is the Fors CoRe has the beach mode not included on the Fors Gold. This info is from a review done by Steve Herschbach.
