Fossils from a creek behind my house!

Carried this rock up out of a creek behind my house to make a table out of it, made a few useing drift wood for the base. Its setting in the bed of a Kawasaki mule so its pretty good size. Thought it was unique with all the fossils.

Based on your title, I thought you had a picture of me walking in the water. Turns out you meant the other kind of fossil.

The rock is definitely unique and should make a one of kind table.

In lapidary, that type of limestone with fossils is called a death plate. They look really neat when you polish them.

Yep I've been there many times myself ! Good bars & resturants with nice veiws of the Big Muddy flowing by !
