I went to one of my spots today where a running battle took place back in 1862. I have done pretty well there, but today was my best day there so far. I got a big iron signal and dug down about 16-17 inches and found a cannon ball fragment then I started finding the case shot and more frags. This shot obviously exploded in the ground, I will be able to put it back together and make a great display. Thanks for looking, and happy hunting!

Here it is put together, I should have the fuse by Thursday. I am still pumped about this find
probably one of my all time best!!
