Found a coin with a band-aid on it. ?????????????????

Hunted in a park today and dug this penny with a band-aid on it. Does that have some meaning or purpose I don't know about?
I'm tempted to remove the band-aid to see if it is some special coin but I think I'll leave it like it is.
Any ideas

Maybe it's a Band-aid with a Coin in it

I've Dug silver Coins With Scotch Tape, most Likely used to Tape them Fast
inside a Brief Case lid or Wallet, for emergency payphone use .
I Never Heard of using a band Aid .
and being just a penny, I'd guess Some Kids Band-aid came Off ,
and he Was bored , or proud of a War Wound. so he wrapped a penny in it,

Lincoln had a Boo-Boo from that bullet

Maybe it is a million dollar penny they got in change when paying for a hot dog at the park. When they realized it was valuable they put a band-aid on it to ID it so they wouldn't accidently spend it. Then they lost it. Best thing I could come up with.

Very unique find My bet its it had a special date on it and the owner did not want it to get mixed up with his other coins

It's purty obvious this is from a 40's farm house fuse panel. The BandAide, obviously, is to reduce the amperage to better match the house wire gauge.
