Found A Confederate Campsite

Yeah, I know what the Confederate flag means to many of todays morons. I can see respect for it if you are conveying honor to those that served under it but to display the flag to represent yourself as a racist, you're a moron. My question was about the "teepee" thingy. I was wondering if it was some sort of flag or banner that would help identify the "campers".

The Confederate flag is a 'poor choice', dishonoring those who fought under it when displayed to represent 'hatred & bigotry,' in my opinion.
There was a well traveled truck road to the camp in the dry part of the river bed, ending at the camp, so when i walked up on it, i just snapped a quick pic & left.
It just looked like a red tarp or covering to me on the tepee.

Did you happen to notice what the whitish looking thing is that's hanging by string in front of the flag? It must have some significance being "displayed" like that I would think.

That red material on the structure is just probably what they come up with to wrap around it. I can see that in front of the flag, but can't make it out. Whoever set that up ain't too woods savvy to me, because you would not want to camp that close to a creek in Little Dixie for an extended time, unless you are real fond of mosquitoes. Might be just a bunch of kids set them up a little outlaw hideout. Then again, as Fossis knows, there are some characters down there. I got a bunch in my family, but I don't think that's their camp.

At first I thought it might be a 'kids hideout', but there was a well 'beaten down truck trail' leading there, so that kinda ruled out little kids at least.
The rocks piled on the log was quite a way away from that area, & there were kids living near there.
