Found a gold ring in the lake!

Went metal detecting on a chilly 65 degree day. Had the place to myself. I didn’t stay long because I got cold but managed to find a men’s gold ring! 14k

Wondering if the missed targets were small earring backers that slipped through the scoop holes.

Could be! I brought my Garrett carrot but left it in the car. Lol! I always forget something.
