Found a Golden P This Morning

Hello Fellow MD'ers,

I decided to do tot lots this morning. The first one, is one that I
have hunted some before.

I wanted to check it out for new drops and search the area under
that big oak tree.

Here’s my finds. Got a cool pendant. I know it’s cool because it
says “ COOL “ right on it.

The next tot lot is one I never hunted before. It is in a rough
neighborhood and the gate has been locked every time I’ve
tried here.

I struck gold on this one!!! A 10k gold pendant shaped like a
“ P “.

It is marked “ 417 ASK “. Not sure what the “ ASK “ means
But “ 417 “ means 10k. It tested as 12K. It weighs 2.1 grams.
That’s about $24 at today’s price.

I didn’t figger out it was gold for sure, til I got home.

I also found a gold colored chain, a few ear rings, a toe ring
and a couple of junk rings.

One strange thing about this tot lot is, even though I found
jewelry and gold, I only found one coin. A nickel??

Then I went to another tot lot and found a Presidential Dollar.

Good to find gold. It’s been a little slow lately.

Very "cool" digs T-Dog! That "P" looks like it might have started life as an "R". Does it appear to have a rough spot where the rest of the R would have been?
