MAN! Excellent point! Makes me jealous! I mean that for some reason, after *ALL* the ground I've watched over a half century of walking...and I've only found *ONE* point! And that was a tiny "bird" point! :BangHead:

Yes, it's very nice for quartz. I find a lot of quartz and most of it is rough with many flaws in the material. This might look flawed in the picture but it's just the light shining off of it.

Hey thanks Ddf. Yes, it's a fine point - needle-like. I wouldn't let my husband pick it up for fear he would drop it and the tip would chip off (watch- I'll be the one to drop it!). It's very delicate looking and I'm amazed it survived intact. Must have just washed out.
