Found aome type pf military vutton. Any ideas??

Found this military button at a playground yesterday. I know it's not super old because the shank on the back isn't the really old type. However I think it is older though. Sorry for the pics. It looks like a dragon on one side and a lion on the other. May not be what that suppose to be but that's what it looks like to me. Inside the circle it appears to have 5 dots on the right side an lines on the other. Any ideas? Thanks.

Looks like a modern blazer button to me, design based on an earlier coat of arms

Agreed with the above.
