Found big rock...need identification please

Hi, found this rock hunting northern Saskatchewan and not sure what it is. it is big at 42 pounds. has a crystal structure which is hard and black spots which appear to be melted rock. You can zoom in after clicking on photos for better look.

Looks like an old piece of sea coral.

Looks like "Live Rock" from a reef.

thanks for quick replies....it was found in the forests of northern Saskatchewan, Canada so its not even close to an ocean.

Weathered quartzite conglomerate.
