Think it’s gold behind the enamel! No erosion and just wiped with wet ear-swab and came out shiny like gold!!

I think it’s silver on the outside and in the back behind the picture is gold.

That looks kind of like an old horse hair necklace medallion. It could be fairly old if that is the case.
