I knew you would figure out that macro thing!!!!
great finds!!!

Wow, that is really nice and very unique.
Doing the storage auctions is like getting twice the treasure hunting fun.
I suspect the lessor items could be sold on eBay, or through yard sales, and you guys could hold on to the real "keepers" for yourself or sell those items for even more profit.

You wonder why people leave some things behind, but I believe that, in certain segments of society, it has come to the point were everything is disposable.

I have friends who are very comfortable financially, and they throw away things, without a second thought about it, that I couldn't afford to buy even if I wanted to, and I'm not poor.

I imagine that some of these rooms are the result of people falling on hard times, marriages ending in divorce and perhaps some elderly who had to go into nursing homes etc.

What ever the reason, its your gain, and it looks like a boat load of fun to boot!

I love it, congratulations and good luck.

We do sell things on ebay during the winter and tend to do more yard sales during the good weather. It is always fun to help out some of those that can't afford much as well. We have sold nice bikes to kids for $1 and kids bedroom sets for $5 to some folks who would not be able to afford to get those things other ways. We hope to open a second hand store sometime as well so we do keep a few items in hopes of doing that.

Yup I always have fun at the storage unit sales, with none of the work poor sis goes through. You should have see the pile of old lady clothes and leggins :D. Cyn actually got a collectors ornament of the Mt Washington from NH 1995, I was shocked I was on that ship in 1995 :o. Of course being the angel she is she sent it to me, how sweet! Thanks again!

That Indian head is absolutely beautiful sis!
