A photo of the back side may help. Based on the hinge, I’m guessing around 1890-1910. Not a strong feeling, just a stab.

Unfortunately there is no back, I’m returning today to try and find it .. no engravings as far as I can see

That’s cool! Thanks… after a bunch of research and comparing I agree.. Late 1800s-Early 1900s .. possibly even as late as 1940 because I also found this “Revlon Products Corp N.Y “Bullet” Lipstick from the 1940s close by … Similar items are “Antique Pendants, Coro Black Cameo Designs”, and they actually don’t originally have a back so it’s mostly there or complete😌
