Went to Rosarito beach for a receding tide hunt, i knew it was going to be good as soon as i parked a police officer and treasure hunter that has his post there walks towards me and starts with the story of people filling their pockets with treasure mostly coins from the receding king tides i belive him, and did they ever do a good job of cleaning up,on the 10 peso coins since i only found 2-3 in the whole hunt, still found a spot that had a nice concentration of targets and after 50 or more targets i get a nice lo tone and get my first gold for the day a14 k 1.6 wedding band, i had already landed a nice 925 earing and a honking 15.5 gr aztec calendar silver ring, back to the gold after the first gold i slow down and start to dig all iffy signals and in one of those that was being masked by some iron i clear it and hit a nice mid tone and actually have footage with my gopro of the live dig that ill share with you latter on, i see a ring and at first saw green and said junk but on closer inspection i see a very old corroded gold ring and at first i could not make out the writing but looked like my name, till latter on my car i got it loud and clear it says My name Alejandro, so there you go.
I got two more rings before the phone started to ring and ring indicating that it was time to go and leave them biting once again. Ended the hunt with 5 rings 2 gold, 2 silver and a silver earing and over 75 coins mostle dimes, nickels and 50 centavo, also a nivce pile of quarters and thats were the gold was.
My ring
Other gold
Round up 7.7 gr of yellow and 21.1 gr of silver
