Was out detecting the beach the other day using the Nokta FORS CoRe. Target ID 44 on the Nokta. Will not pick up on V3I and hit's on pinpointer!

Too light for meteor, flakes off like coal..

Hate to say it but its a piece of anthracite coal :) A clinker. Its not uncommon for coal to be detected on beaches as it was a primary fuel before the advent to diesel engines. A piece of history for sure and a good specimen. Good find though.
