THAT'S impressive! Here in Portland, Oregon I've found a total of 4 over the years (more than I should mention). Family ancestors came from ES. Maybe I need to plan a staycation there!

Id be alright with finding all of those indians and not many silvers... I just like indian cents i guess. I got a 1887 yesterday and i am very happy with it even though theres some crunch to it... Haha... Congrats! The magical coil of finds tells me there are many silvers in your future...

Awesome Indian totals for the year. Wow, I've only dug 35 total in 24 months. U DA Chief Toasted:notworthy:

Indians are one of my favorite coins to find. They are a beautiful piece of American history. Excellent work recovering so many!!

Very impressive tribe toasted! I probably find 10 Indians a year. We're only 113 days into 2016, so that's nearly an Indian a day... Well done man.

That's a massive amount of indians so early in the year too!, keep it up

Congrats on all the greenies :icon_thumleft:

Keep em comin!

Thanks everyone. Over half of them came from the virgin 19th century fairgrounds site that I did so well in this winter. Pulled as many as 11 in a typical hunt there.

Nice man

100 Indians in one season is hard to do. I've done it but you have to have some prime spots witch you do

I avg about 50 a yr now with all the hunters in my area. I bet you'll get 200 this yr

Looks like you found an entire Indian nation! :treasurechest::thumbsup:

Wow that is insane amount of IH's!! I'm just puzzled you did not find much silver. I did hunt a beach down your way near Cambridge and got several IH's along with V nickels and Jefferson Nickels.. No Silver or Buff...

YOU WILL GET A LOT SOMETIMES AT OLD CHURCHES - LOT OF OLD CHURCHES - THEY DID NOT PASS THE PLATE INSIDE LIKE EVERYONE THINKS
THEY WOULD COLLECT AS YOU LEFT ON THE STAIRS - PLUS THEY WOULD HOLD LAWN PARTIES AND BAKE SALES OUT THERE TOO . I VE HAD A FEW OLD CHURCHES WHERE I GOT LOT OF INDIANS AND EARLY WHEATS JUST OFF THE LEFT OF THE STAIRS - ONE CHURCH THAT HAD BEEN HAMMERED WITH OLD TIME DISCRIMINATORS THAT THREW OUT NICKLES AND I WAS FINDING LOADS OF Vs AND BUFFALOS THAT OTHERS PASSED UP - I WAS HUNTING ALL METAL
AND THATS ALL I FOUND WAS NICKLES THERE

Great Job! I'd love to find just one LOL

Tell me about it. I would guess that at the four old churches that I frequent, I have found around 60 indians since last year. The only early silver found was 1902 and 1914 Barber dimes. Thats not a good ratio :BangHead:

My Deus loves Indians, you have a great site/s to be finding that many, after a few months I'd have to redo all those spots, especially after a good soaking rain.
Congrats on all those old coins, nice saves.
