:D

Those cast aluminum diggers break so easily. I broke 4 before I got the fiskars garden knife.

Those garden tools don't hold up well, especially when you're trying to dig during a winter thaw....invest in a Lesche, I love mine, well worth the $$.

I like my lesche too. When I first got it I thought it might be too big & heavy but the first time I used it I loved it!

Hello, everybody.

Got me a stainless steel one the next day, it works okay, but a lesche does sound like a good idea.

Thanks for comments.

I know that feeling, many of older diggers looked just like that from everything from roots, old sidewalks, normal wear and tear to just plain poor manufacturing....I always take two just be safe!
