Found the whole thing 3 times, my 1st ring .

[COUNTRY GIRL]

I LOVE my Ace! 2nd hole, I thought I found a pull tab, it's a sterling ring (and it fits). It waas missing the "stone" so I carefully sifted through the dirt thinking it may be there. Sure enough it's there, not a stone though a tiny shield that says 1946 R G S, there is a little Genie lamp at the top. Class ring? Says sterling inside the band.

Then a hunk of some thing with a chain, found the missing links, fits perfect. i'll have to soak it to let you know just what it is. Lots of "nails", some junk.

Off to where I think the trash dmp is. I find this pewter looking "cap". Sweet. I'm thinking......I wish I could find the rest of this. Run the detector over the hole, sure enough there is something else. Was thinking I was gonna need the Back Hoe again, one half of an old stove door, but wait theres more, one half of the damper door, more? Yup, the other halves of both. Actually theres a really fancy design on it, I brought it home . Get home and the fancy silver thing is actually part of the handle of the stove door. Wish came true .

It was an awesome day, I had a blast! Perfect Spring weather and my very first ring. I think I'll try to find it's owner.

Hope everyone had an awesome day!

Nice job. Very cool ring. 8)

Weather was great here in Ohio too. Perfect detecting weather although I spent the day with the family. Great just to be out today.

Thanks everyone! I was truley looking for some sort of stone, never even ran the detector back over the dirt, just started sifting through the dirt and out pops this tiny shield. Love it!

Yeap, Class Ring.

Put it on the 'What is it' - to try & find the school.

Thanks, I've been trying to look myself (working so not tons of time) with no luck. I really appreciate the idea, I'll do it!
