Hey everybody! Boy I'll tell you working as a cashier at Byrne dairy really pays off!!!! :) today I found a Indian head nickel and it's year is 1937. I was really excited and didn't want to act to excited because the customer would ask what's that? Then will probably want it back... So I keeped it cool but the excite t was still built up inside me! Haha :) well anyway this is in like great condition you can see all the detail and it looks brand new no dirt nothing totally clean! Here's some pics for you!!! :)

Awesome nickel! They are called Buffalo head nickels the pennies are called Indian Head pennies. It is in great condition and it amazes me that they find their way into circulation.

There's still a date on it too!!! It's a 1937!!! I was soooo excited!!! :)

Treasure is where you find it! Good job on keeping your eyes open! Nice buffalo. There is also something about if it is standing on or showing 3-4 legs that can increase value. Not sure which :thumbsup:

Nice find treasurehunter101! It is getting harder to find buffalo nickels with dates on them. Lately the ones I have found coin roll hunting have been dateless.
