found this, this evening?

I think it is for the Blood Transportation Service. I found it and a few other relics this evening with the 600 Nox. I couldn't tell if it was a button, a pin or what. it had been gold plated at one time and still has some on the sides. any info would be appreciated.

it was caked with hardened mud, I thought it was just another shotgun headstamp.
