Its been fairly warm here at the moment so I've only been out twice for a few hours since the beginning of the year. I've just been hunting one of the local sporting fields and though it was time to post up my finds.
Aside from about $42 in coin, one of the most interesting finds is a $100 US note - in metal - in miniature - I've guessing it is play money of some kind but its very detailed given its size.
Some of the other finds is a little rocking horse charm, silver heart ring, a badge from the state Primary Schools Sporting Association, silver religious symbol and a small pocket knife which is not too badly rusted.
I've added one last photo of some silver coins which I found just before christmas under a tree in the old park that I've been visiting this year. I'm sure its been hunted before but I've still managed to find over eighty pre-decimal coins there, the oldest of which was 186 years old from 1822.
