Fox or Coyote?? Trail Cam Photo

Yep, that's a fox all right. In the cold temps a fox will go far beyond his
comfort range to find food. Since you left out a piece of salmon, that
fox will be back..you can rest assured. Maybe get a better pic of him,
and when you put down the bait be sure to clear the ground so his
tracks will show up well.

Got a couple possum around here...one all white, and another that is
dang near black. They come up on the porch looking for cat food, or
food I'd left out for my coons.

Had one on a porch railing a couple weeks ago, and even got to scratch
his head before he freaked out and jumped off the railing...it was
hilarious! And no, there was no danger of me being bit.

Gotta get me one of those trail cams...catchin' pics looks like fun.

I never got any photos of the fox last night, just the possum. It was snowing last night so he might have not wanted to come out. I hope that he will be out tonight and I will get some better photos.

Is that with your glasses on or off? :laughing7:

Forgot where I left my glassed.:BangHead:
Possum on the half shell (Armadillo) have finally reached my neighborhood.:censored:

I found the den and some tracks from last night going into the den. I put the camera on a tree right next to the den facing a clearing in which I put food.

Here is a test photo of where the camera is facing, tomorrow I will try to face the camera at the den.

I am very annoyed! The heavy fog we had last night ruined all of the great photos I would have gotten. You can just barely make out the outline of the fox! I guess it is progress though, at least I know that is where he lives.

There will be some cute pictures in the spring if there's a litter of kits.

Chupacabra never seen one so far north

I got some trail cam video of it last night, he's a little far away though. I also got some raccoons on video last night.

Here's a neat picture I got a few years ago.......

It's gonna be like security cams! Either some of the best entertainment or.......... Some of the scariest stuff around you house to keep you awake at night.

Even though we live in town (small) we still see Deer, Possum, Coons, Coyotes, Fox etc. I enjoy seeing them. I have motion security lights all around and sometimes wonder what triggered them.:icon_scratch:

When I went to check the trail cam today I noticed that there were fox footprints everywhere, just inches from the camera. I grabbed the SD card, of course knowing my luck the SD card was on read only :( :(

Well Marvin.... That might be me trying to get back the "Golden Horseshoe" you dug and took from my horseshoe road.... :BangHead:

If I put several game cams out around my home no telling what all I'd capture here. I live in the middle of a woods with 100's / 1000's of acres of wild country around me.... LOVE IT!
