Swinging away in the heat/humidity and relentless gnats.
But found a 1907 Indian & this fragment of a possible medal.
Plus a surface find a Strohs bottle with 77 on the bottom and a long neck beer bottle with 43 on the bottom.

Went back for another go at this spot. Picked up some logs and branches, found a couple shot shell head stamps and this thing.

Great penny find. The others are interesting finds also. Congratultions!

Nice finds I am hopeful someone on here will identify it for you

Im thinking a pendant often referred to as a lavalier. Any clue of what type of metal it might be.

I am guessing brass.
Found next to the foundation of a one room school house. Shows in my 1895 & 1913 plat maps. Planning on putting it in vinegar.

After soaking in vinegar, it appears to be gold plated brass.

I was thinking it would've maybe had a gold wash or plate finish at one time. Sounds like it might clean up nice.
