Friends first point!

I went to a friends house today to pick up some vegetable plants and he showed me a point he found over weekend...He told me it was just laying there on the surface and he picked it up..Also it's his first point and he wasn't even looking for one..Does anybody know what kind of point this is and it was found in IL.

Its got a real wide base for its size so it was most likely much longer and wider before. Maybe its a corner notch type like a Hopewell? Neat looking
